SUBJECT: Prepaid Shipment (June 2011)

Through the 5th month of 2011 we have seen a leveling in the cost of the diesel fuel. Outlined below is the breakdown of the fuel surcharge (on prepaid shipment) for the period 06/01/11 through 06/30/11. This is an additional charge (other than the standard glass surcharge), which will appear under freight charges on your invoice.

This calculation is based on US Average Price Diesel Fuel for the previous one (1) month period. The US Average is based on the Department of Energy information and the average of the previous one (1) month is $4.11 per gallon. As displayed in Appendix A, this equals 3.7% which will be invoiced on all glass products for the next one (1) month June 1, 2011 through June 30, 2011. The next review will be the end of June 2011.

Please note that the table was adjusted down because we are still absorbing the initial 20% surcharge from the freight carriers, which is displayed as the base line of Appendix A.
